- Whole Beef prices are based on the average estimated weight of the beef and not the actual weight. The deposit is 50% of the estimated weight. The final payment due, prior to shipping, will be based on the actual weight of the packaged retail cuts of your order once we have the total retail packaged weight, so you will only pay for the beef you are getting.
- We will invoice you the final amount due via email prior to shipping.
- Remaining balance due prior to shipping.
- Delivery times vary due to the current availability and demand of our beef however, they should not exceed 150 days from time of order.
