Barr T Beef Policies

1) We provide FREE SHIPPING.

2) There is NO SALES TAX on our beef.

3) All 1⁄4, 1⁄2, and whole beef prices are based on the average estimated weight of your beef and not the actual weight. The deposit is 50% of that estimated value. The final payment due, prior to shipping, will be based on the actual weight of the packaged retail cuts of your order once we have the total retail packaged weight, so you will only pay for the beef you are getting.

4) All 1⁄4, 1⁄2, and whole beef orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order with the remaining balance due prior to shipping.

5) 1⁄4, 1⁄2, and whole beef orders may take up to a maximum of 150 days to be delivered due to finishing times, dry aging, and beef processing.

6) Beef cuts vary in weight therefore, all weights and percentages are approximations and are in no way guaranteed. The symbol ( ~ ) designates approximate, approximately and/or an approximation.

7) All orders are subject to availability and substitution.

8) In the event that cuts are not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute with similar cuts of similar value and similar weights.

9) All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled.

10) Beef is shipped frozen with gel packs in insulated boxes.

11) Beef will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays and will be delivered within 3 days.
